What time is breakfast?

You can choose from 7:30 or from 8:30. Breakfast times are first come first-served.

Is parking available? Is it free?

We have some parking space for 5 cars.
(a 3-minute walk from the hotel)

Is it possible to walk to the 21st Century Museum of Art.

It takes about 20 minutes on foot. Take the bus at the nearest bus stop “Sarumarujinjamae” →　 Get off at the bus stop” Hirosaka 21st Century Museum of Art”. (riding time: 5 minutes)

Is check-in possible after 21:00? Is there a curfew.

Check- in time is between 15:00 and 21:00.
If you arrive after 21:00, please be sure to contact us.
There is no curfew, but the entrance door is locked from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning. You can use security cord at the entrance, so you can enter and go out freely.
* Please note that you cannot check in if you do not contact us by 21:00.

Can I book rental bicycles? Are they free?

You cannot book them. We have 4 rental bicycles. It is 200yen for the first 3 hours, then 100yen for each additional hour.

Is there any continence store or a supermarket?

There is a convenience store an 8 minutes' walk from the hotel and a supermarket a five minutes' walk.

All rooms in the facility are non-smoking. Outside the facility, we have some smoking area.

When staying for consecutive nights, will our room be cleaned by housekeeping staff?

If you are staying with us for more than 4 nights, we will clean your room on the 3rd day. We do not clean the room within 3 nights. We can exchange new towels and discard trash each day, please ask front staff.

Do you serve lunch or dinner?

We do not serve lunch or dinner. We serve drinks at the café and bar.
